KBN HL SSTV Contest

콘테스트 기간은 2026년 11월 7일(토) 00:00부터 11월 8일(일) 24:00까지(KST, UTC+9) 48시간으로 한다. UTC 기준으로는 11월 6일 15:00부터 11월 8일 15:00까지이다.The contest runs for 48 hours, from 00:00 on Saturday 7 November 2026 to 24:00 on Sunday 8 November 2026 (KST, UTC+9), i.e. 15:00 UTC on 6 November to 15:00 UTC on 8 November.

• 3.5MHz 및 그 이상의 아마추어 무선 주파수 대역을 대상으로 한다.All amateur radio bands from 3.5 MHz upward are eligible.
• 참가자는 대한민국에서 해당 무선국에 허가된 주파수 및 운용 조건을 준수해야 한다.Participants must follow the frequencies and operating conditions licensed to their station in the Republic of Korea.
• 실제 운용 시에는 대한민국의 아마추어 무선 주파수 분배, 밴드 플랜 및 SSTV 운용 관행을 확인해야 한다.Before operating, check Korea's amateur frequency allocations, band plans and SSTV operating practices.
• SSTV 활동 주파수는 대회 공지에서 별도로 안내할 수 있다. 다른 통신 및 SSTV 활동을 방해하지 않도록 충분히 주파수를 확인한 후 송신해야 한다.SSTV activity frequencies may be announced separately. Listen carefully before transmitting so as not to interfere with other communications or SSTV activity.
• 주파수 사용에 관한 법령 및 무선국 허가 조건을 위반한 경우, 또는 다른 무선국의 운용을 방해한다는 신고가 다수 접수된 경우, 해당 교신을 무효로 하거나 실격 처리할 수 있다.Contacts that violate radio regulations or station license conditions, or a participant who draws many complaints of interfering with other stations, may be voided or disqualified.

• VHF 부문: VHF만을 사용하여 교신하는 무선국VHF: stations operating on VHF only.
• HF 부문: HF만을 사용하여 교신하는 무선국HF: stations operating on HF only.
• HF와 VHF를 혼합하여 교신할 수 없다.HF and VHF cannot be mixed; all contacts must stay within one category.

• 참가자는 SSTV를 이용하여 일대일 교신을 해야 한다.Contacts must be one-to-one using SSTV.
• 교신 시 RS 또는 RSV 보고와 KDN(Korea Districted Number)을 함께 추가하여 송신해야 한다.Every transmission must include an RS or RSV report plus your KDN (Korea Districted Number).
• CQ를 낼 경우, 송신하는 이미지에 'CQ KBN CONTEST'가 반드시 들어가야 한다.When calling CQ, the transmitted image must include 'CQ KBN CONTEST'.
• Cabrillo 로그에도 상대방의 KDN을 함께 기록해야 하며, 정확히 기재된 교신만 정상 교신으로 인정한다.The other station's KDN must also be recorded in the Cabrillo log; only correctly recorded contacts are accepted.
• KDN은 송수신하는 SSTV 이미지에 식별할 수 있는 형태로 표시하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.The KDN should, in principle, appear legibly in the transmitted and received SSTV images.
• 가능하면 본인의 얼굴 사진, 무선국 사진 또는 직접 제작한 일러스트를 SSTV 이미지에 포함하는 것을 권장한다.Where possible, include your own face photo, a station photo, or an original illustration in the SSTV image.
• 동일한 상대국과는 밴드에 관계없이 KST 기준 하루에 한 번만 점수를 인정한다.The same station counts only once per day (KST), regardless of band.
• 중복 교신은 별도의 규정이 없는 한 점수에 포함하지 않는다.Duplicate contacts are not scored unless stated otherwise.

밴드별 QSO 점수QSO points by band

위 이외의 주파수의 운용은 허용하지 않는다.Operation on frequencies other than those listed above is not permitted.

최종 점수 계산에는 다음 멀티플라이어를 적용한다.The following multipliers apply to the final score.

• 동일 지역 멀티플라이어: 주최 측이 사전에 공지한 대한민국의 지역 구분(KDN)을 기준으로 한다.Same-area multiplier: based on the Korean regional division (KDN) announced in advance by the organizers.
• 다른 지역 멀티플라이어: 교신한 KDN을 기준으로 한다.Different-area multiplier: based on the KDN of the station contacted.
• KDN은 주최 측이 공지한 KDN 목록(KDN LIST)에 있는 코드만 사용할 수 있으며, 목록에 없는 KDN이 기재된 교신은 무효로 한다.Only KDNs on the KDN list published by the organizers may be used; contacts logged with a KDN that is not on the list are void.

최종 점수는 총 QSO 점수와 멀티플라이어 합계를 곱하여 계산한다.The final score is the total QSO points multiplied by the total multipliers.

최종 점수 = QSO 점수 합계 × 멀티플라이어 합계Final score = total QSO points × total multipliers

멀티플라이어의 중복 계산 및 적용 방식은 주최 측이 공지한 세부 점수 산정 기준을 따른다.How duplicate multipliers are counted and applied follows the detailed scoring rules announced by the organizers.

• 각 참가 부문별 최종 점수 1위부터 3위까지 PDF 전자상장을 수여한다.PDF electronic certificates are awarded to the top three scorers in each category.
• 해당 부문의 유효 참가자가 10국 미만인 경우에는 1위에게만 상장을 수여한다.If a category has fewer than 10 valid entrants, only the first-place finisher receives a certificate.
• 상장은 수상자의 이메일 주소로 발송한다.Certificates are sent to the winners' email addresses.
• 부문별 시상 기준과 참가자 자격은 대회 공지에서 최종 확정한다.Award criteria per category and participant eligibility are finalized in the contest announcement.

• 참가자는 교신 로그(Log Sheet)를 작성하여 지정된 이메일 주소로 제출해야 한다.Participants must prepare a log sheet and submit it by email to the designated address.
• 로그는 Cabrillo 형식으로 제출한다.Logs must be submitted in Cabrillo format.
• N1MM은 VHF 밴드를 지원하지 않으므로, VHF 부문 참가자는 Cabrillo 로그 생성 후 파일의 주파수(28000)를 실제로 교신한 주파수로 반드시 수정하여 제출해야 한다. 수정하지 않고 제출하면 HF 대역에서 교신한 것으로 인정되어 불이익을 받을 수 있다.N1MM does not support VHF bands, so VHF participants must change the frequency in the generated Cabrillo file (28000) to the frequency actually used before submitting. If it is not edited, the contacts are treated as HF and the participant may be penalized.
• 주파수 이외의 필드를 수정하는 것은 허용하지 않는다.Editing any field other than the frequency is not allowed.
• 로그에는 교신 날짜 및 시각(UTC), 상대국 콜사인, 운용 밴드 또는 주파수, RS/RSV 보고, KDN 등 주최 측이 지정한 항목을 기재한다.The log lists date and time (UTC), callsign of the other station, band or frequency, RS/RSV report, KDN and any other items specified by the organizers.
• 이메일 제목에는 반드시 참가자의 콜사인을 포함한다.The email subject must include the participant's callsign.
• 제출 이메일: 주최 측이 별도로 공지Submission email: announced separately by the organizers.
• 제출 파일: 교신 로그(Cabrillo)File to submit: log sheet (Cabrillo).

로그는 대회 종료 후 1주일간 접수한다. 2026년 11월 9일(월) 00:00부터 11월 15일(일) 24:00까지(KST)이며, UTC 기준으로는 11월 8일 15:00부터 11월 15일 15:00까지이다. 접수 기간이 지난 로그는 받지 않는다.Logs are accepted for one week after the contest ends: from 00:00 on Monday 9 November 2026 to 24:00 on Sunday 15 November 2026 (KST), i.e. 15:00 UTC on 8 November to 15:00 UTC on 15 November. Logs received after that are not accepted.

• 대한민국에서 적용되는 법령과 무선국 허가 조건에 따라 SSTV 신호를 송신할 수 있는 아마추어 무선국이 참가할 수 있다.Amateur stations legally permitted to transmit SSTV under Korean law and their license conditions may participate.
• 송신 출력은 해당 무선국에 허용된 최대 출력 이하여야 한다.Transmit power must not exceed the maximum permitted for the station.
• 흑백 및 컬러 SSTV 교신을 모두 인정한다.Both black-and-white and color SSTV contacts are accepted.
• 콘테스트 교신은 두 무선국 간의 일대일 교신이어야 한다. 여러 무선국이 동시에 참여하는 라운드테이블 방식의 교신은 인정하지 않는다.Contacts must be one-to-one between two stations. Roundtable-style contacts with several stations at once are not accepted.
• 교차 대역(Cross-band) 교신은 점수로 인정하지 않는다.Cross-band contacts are not scored.
• 국내국 간 교신만 인정한다. 단, 참가 부문 및 점수 인정 여부는 본 규정에 따른다.Only contacts between domestic stations count. Categories and scoring follow these rules.
• 참가자는 관련 전파법령, 무선국 허가 조건 및 주최 측의 주파수 운용 안내를 준수해야 한다.Participants must comply with radio laws, station license conditions and the organizers' frequency guidance.
• 규정 위반, 허위 로그, 중복 교신의 부당한 산정 또는 타 무선국에 대한 고의적인 방해가 확인될 경우 해당 교신을 무효로 하거나 실격 처리할 수 있다.Rule violations, false logs, improper counting of duplicate contacts or deliberate interference with other stations may lead to voided contacts or disqualification.

대회 결과는 주최 측 공식 홈페이지 또는 별도로 지정한 온라인 채널을 통해 발표한다.Results are published on the organizers' official website or another designated online channel.
